I strongly urge others to think twice before choosing this clinic—especially if you’re expecting. Throughout my experience, many of the doctors did not listen to my concerns. It wasn’t until I involved my primary care physician and had my issues formally documented that the clinic began to take me seriously. No patient should have to go through that just to be heard. Pésimo servicio en la sala de urgencias ! Me llama mi nefróloga me dice debes regresar a sala de urgencias porque los estudios salieron mal y necesitas tratamiento urgente tengo 4 horas aquí y aún no me pueden pasar , si es urgente que venga xq nos asen esperar tanto tiempo , después de 12 horas aquí apenas me están pasando para que me revise el médico , pero si me puedo dar cuenta ya que primero atienden a todos los americanos y de color y después al último el latino que creen que somos menos importantes .
Absolutely terrible. They've treated my partner so horrendously. Pregnancy is stressful already. How dare you make things worse for her. Everyone deserves respect and care. Stay out of the health care field if you can't give respect and care to people especially pregnant women. This is supposed to be a happy time for us. I thought I was making the right choice because it’s a clinic at Northwestern, the #1 hospital in the state. WRONG. Save yourself from this clinic and DO NOT come here. Residents are terribly untrained and treat you as if you are a guinea pig. Not once did I actually see a supervising doctor with any of the residents. Many of my concerns just blown off.
