I will forever be grateful to Dr. Beitner and Nurse Mary. They literally likely saved my life. A doctor at a different hospital did a horrific thing to a surgical wound I had, and created a large, wide, and deep chasm in that chest wound location, and then sent me home without doing anything to tend to that chasm except covering it with a regular bandage.
