Very courteous staff, every time I came to the outpatient diagnosis center I was taken promptly and we were treated with respect and compassion! Very efficient!
I'm a patient that is mostly seen downtown... I've tried several times to get labs requested by my doctors (downtown) drawn. Only to be told they are not in the "system." My doctors then check and they are. This location is a waste of time, energy and space. Either EVERYONE needs to get trained to the standards of care i receive downtown OR they should be fired (the colorful language I received and the demeanor of lab staff is the reason - never tell them they are wrong and to check again).
