I went in at 11:30p on 10.20.25 and was out before 7:00a 10.21.25. ER waiting room and triage was clean. Dr. Gomez was very helpful and listened and the nurse Andrea was attentive, caring and knowledgeable. I left feeling better and more able to deal with my new normal.
All 5 stars is for nurse Amari! She is so amazing. I am such a hard stick that even doctors that use the ultrasound machine to start my IV always have a hard time but Amari listened to me and was patient and got my IV on her first attempt ( she’s the very first nurse that got my IV on 1 try).Amari is receptive, confident, kind and emphatic. She made me feel like she really cares about me, my health and my recovery. Thank You so much , Amari. We need more nurses like you!
I can't recommend this place enough when you have an incident that requires emergency care. I'm far from the easiest person to treat in an emergency setting. Between drug allergies, and drug interactions, I have a very narrow window of viable treatment methods in certain areas of care. The staff here went above and beyond finding solutions!! I wish I could have added more stars because only five wasn't close to enough. I brought my Dad into the emergency room on Sept. 26th after having an eye stroke. The people in the emergency room who assisted us were very caring, patient & they answered every question we had clearly. I wish I had the gentleman's name that did my Dad's blood work & IV he was great! We had the most wonderful nurse her name was Yolyssa (darn it I didn't get her last name?) she assisted my 82 yr old Dad while we were waiting to be seen by a docto... read more
Front desk ladies are rude and unpleasant to patients. They should be better Plus dont want to mention how slow and not organized they are...
