I have always had positive experiences with all labs and imaging at Palos/NM Hospital. I have also always had a positive experience when scheduling appointments with the staff at the hospital until recently. I now sit on the phone from 9 am to 4 pm calling to schedule my CT of my chest and I wait on the line over and over and no human comes on the line, I have pressed the buttons for them to call me back (which NEVER happens at all anymore.)
