The providers are wonderful, but some reception staff mis-explains billing and is too busy to really provide the personal attention to detail I've experienced at smaller clinics. They didn't bill any of my visits for two full months and then working with the Northwestern system to get an answer on a billing issue has been like pulling teeth for another two months

They didn't bill any of my visits for two full months and then working with the Northwestern system to get an answer on a billing issue has been like pulling teeth for another two months
They charge hundreds of dollars for the first visit (after insurance) but won’t bill you until you are finished so you can’t complain!!
