Terrible physical therapy, go to athletico (or other better places nearby)
FIND A BETTER PLACE This is a horrible physical therapy place. I do not recommend it at all. Sessions are scheduled for one hour, but they only spend about 30 minutes with you. Most of the treatment consists of printing out exercises for you to do at home and having you go through them once during the visit. There is no hands-on treatment. They don’t work on your muscles, stretch them, or help loosen things up or address alignment in your back or joints. It didn’t feel like they knew how. The providers are wonderful, but some reception staff mis-explains billing and is too busy to really provide the personal attention to detail I've experienced at smaller clinics. They didn't bill any of my visits for two full months and then working with the Northwestern system to get an answer on a billing issue has been like pulling teeth for another two months
