I was incredibly disappointed with my visits with PA Homero Vasquez. I saw him once last year and he was very dismissive and did not have useful solutions for tonsil stones. This year I saw him for a growth on my tonsil and he was once again super dismissive and until I really pushed wasn’t even going to look at it. Most concerning, he does not use hand sanitizer when her enters and leaves the room and only put on gloves when I insisted despite the fact that he was touching my face and mouth. I will not return to his care!

I have nothing but good things to say about the doctors and nurses I saw. However, NM’s billing, scheduling, and other administrative departments are TRASH. I had appointments cancelled without my knowledge, was billed incorrectly multiple times, and spent literally hours on the phone over the course of my pre-op, surgery, and post-op visits getting things corrected.
