Once again they're another company using a less than modern AI software to answer the phone so they don't have to pay a receptionist. Do you know how aggrovating it is to hear that you're in a 1 hour wait que to schedual an appointment after spending 12 hours in the ER the night before? And then the person who calls you in 2 hours barley speaks English and it's a struggle to get the appointment schedualed - it's more than aggrovating. Dr Sally Corey is an amazing doctor, she was so kind and helpful and her bedside manner and assessment is the best you can find. She is an ELITE level doctor.
