Dr Hicks and his resident were extremely kind, helpful, patient and caring. They both were dedicated to helping solve my issue and I left the office all better! 10/10 if I ever need them I'd go back and definitely recommend them to others.

Had hip replacement surgery here. Highly recommend. Everything top notch.
Totally a great experience with the exception of waiting on hold for an appointment. I was on hold 20 minutes until I hung up and had them call me back. They did call back within the hour. Was able to get an appointment the following week. Met with Dr Flanagan. He was great. We went over my X-rays and we discussed different options and what would be best for me. I was going to go downtown but I feel confident with the services here.
Anna is the rudest person I have ever spoke to on the phone & I asked for a manager and Kayla came on the phone & she is the same as Anna!!! & there number 1 or in the top 10 . Doctors & nurses are great but the front desk is the first interaction with patients if they don’t got the respect it’s never gonna work !!! Respect is key & answer the phone & listen to the party don’t keep cutting them off & do your job !!!! Not hard at all.
