I recently attempted to schedule an appointment at this eye clinic, but unfortunately, my experience with their receptionist left much to be desired. When I called, I found the receptionist to be unhelpful and dismissive of my questions. There was little effort to provide the information I needed or assist with booking my appointment, which made the process unnecessarily frustrating.
