Took and kept my ID. Like who does that.? Screwed for everything i have to do tomorrow and hour away afterwork hours.
They need to retrain or get rid of who answers the phones. Placed on a 5 min hold, which isn't a problem but the receptionist asked if I can hold and before I could answer, she places me back on hold. Hung up after another 5 min.
A very clean place, very friendly people, fast service and with all the prototype for the pandemic, very good service but not very cheap. Recommendations to wear face masks
