They need to retrain or get rid of who answers the phones. Placed on a 5 min hold, which isn't a problem but the receptionist asked if I can hold and before I could answer, she places me back on hold. Hung up after another 5 min.
A very clean place, very friendly people, fast service and with all the prototype for the pandemic, very good service but not very cheap. Recommendations to wear face masks
Office is very unorganized. Forgot to send in mri request, messed up/forgot to schedule appointments 2 weeks in a row.
