Hands down the absolute worst office I’ve been to. Consistently schedules my annuals months late and cites books being filled up. Does not provide automated courtesy reminders for annual exams and will shift the blame to patients for not calling 3-4 months before their annual is due. Refuses to schedule annuals a year in advance after your annual appointment as they “don’t have schedules out that far in advance”. Well-intentioned but overwhelmed providers who do not seem to have the time to provide indepth assessment and care to expecting patients. Certainly do not have the time to get to know individual patients, as multiple providers showed zero indication of recognition when I happened to see them outside of the patient room well into my pregnancy. Absolutely insane experiences at this place, run away fast. Gaslit multiple times about what was said at previous appointments and what will happen at upcoming appointments only to be told internal checks don’t matter and “anything can happen in the future.” It feels like the doctors don’t want to actually give medical care to pregnant people. Visited a bunch of doctors here with my first pregnancy and had only great experiences. Recently saw nurse practitioner Jennifer Chung and she was great, very informative and pleasant.
A different OBGYN experience, since you meet a lot of different doctors, but I have enjoyed my second pregnancy and seeing the staff and Drs and the Naperville and Wheaton locations! Efficient, kind, to the point.
