Visited a bunch of doctors here with my first pregnancy and had only great experiences. Recently saw nurse practitioner Jennifer Chung and she was great, very informative and pleasant.
A different OBGYN experience, since you meet a lot of different doctors, but I have enjoyed my second pregnancy and seeing the staff and Drs and the Naperville and Wheaton locations! Efficient, kind, to the point.
Wish I could give ZERO stars. Dana Elborno is the absolute worst. Very insensitive and disrespectful. I’m in healthcare and I would NEVER speak to a patient the way that she talked to me. Waited 1 hour to even be seen. Truly the absolute worst provider I have EVER seen.

Northwestern OBGYN was highly recommended to me when I was looking for a new provider after a traumatic birth experience with my first child. I was extremely disappointed in my experience attempting to schedule my first appointment. I’m shocked that you first have to speak to someone in triage, who then tells you someone will reach out to you in a couple days.
