Rude Rn's, MA's and management
So far so good.For now I had only good experience.
Just cancelled all my future appts at this Wheaton location. The front desk staff has been extremely rude on two separate occasions. And there is no discretion. They air your business for the whole office to hear. The other locations are great. Stay away from Wheaton. They make a difficult time even more difficult.
Was a patient here but I am currently trying to switch to a different OB. As I have seen in other reviews I was also told during my first pregnancy that the group practice would be great because I would meet all the different doctors and then when I went into labor I would know the doctor on call at the hospital. I did meet 5 or 6 different OBs during prenatal visits but I did not know any of the OBs who cared for me in the hospital when I went into labor.
