Absolute worst company I've ever had to interact with. When they call. They don't even announce who they are. Let alone what they're calling from and talking to the front desk is an absolute nightmare. Scheduling with them is 100% not worth anything. For the sake of your mind go somewhere else because this is not it.
I would leave zero if I could. They put little to no effort in actually solving any of your problems. And once you leave to find a more competent doctor it will make realize all the ways the doctors here do not value taking actual care of you. And to be clear this isn’t a problem with Northwestern as I have found another doctor that is apart of Northwestern, just this office in particular Dr. Weipert
Compassionate care, understanding, and attentiveness from Dr Wiepert and Alisha. I've unfortunately had 3 miscarriages, so I was anxious my entire pregnancy when I came to Prairie Point for the first time earlier this year. Any time I had a complication, they met me with compassion and took the time to investigate any concerns. I never felt rushed or dismissed. I highly recommend them and their team!
Dr. Wiepert has been my doctor through 3 pregnancies. She is a phenomenal doctor who really takes the time to listen to her patients. I never have felt rushed during an appointment or had to wait long in the waiting room. Dr Wiepert and the entire nursing staff have always taken my concerns seriously and gone above and beyond to quickly return calls, set up ultrasound appointments, and move things around for urgent matters.
