My girlfriend and I drove almost 45 minutes just to be told that we were too “late” for the appointment . We called ahead of time and the lady told us that we had a 15 minute grace period. Martin Gallo and his staff need to do better. You may have 20 years experience and called yourself “THE PROFESSIONAL”, but trust me, there was nothing professional about you or your staff. You may see and treat thousands like you claimed, but I have one daughter and this doesn’t happen to her all the time. Great people and staff at the OBGYN
The check in receptionist was friendly and efficient. Medical assistant was amazing. The nurse practitioner was not so great. She had a cold bedside manner and got frustrated at me for asking questions. I wouldn’t recommend Tina Murphy, APRN but I hope to continue my care with other doctors there.
