Recently switched here for my second pregnancy, and I am so happy I did. Every single person I encounter is SO much more welcoming than my last practice. The receptionists, the nurses, the techs - they all seem genuinely there to assist you. I plan to stay here indefinitely. The ladies are truly great.
Awesome doctors
Rescheduled my appointment several times with little to no explanation as to why. Were not accommodating or apologetic when rescheduling either - each reschedule pushed my appointment out by 2 months. Absolutely unacceptable. Do not waste your time trying to get into this office. They clearly don’t respect their patients enough to honor scheduled appointments.
Why did they change the name when the wait time and care is just the same? 4 hrs waiting to be told there's only 1 PA and the rooms are filled! Wow! I really had a lot of hopes when northwestern took over, I was wrong total wait time ended up being 61/2 hours
