Sandra, the receptionist, has got to be the rudest person I’ve ever met in my life. Myself and 3 of my friends who go there also have had horrible experiences with this vile woman. The doctors are great there, but Sandra is god awful!
This practice has unethical billing practices. I was over billed for an ultrasound, after paying the bill I checked my insurance explanation of benefits and the amount I should have owned was significantly less. Despite several phone calls and messages the practice refuses to refund the difference.
I am beyond frustrated with the lack of urgency and care from this office. I was explicitly told by my OB to call immediately for early pregnancy monitoring due to my history of an ectopic pregnancy. This is not a routine situation—it requires prompt attention. The call center was completely unhelpful, and after getting nowhere, I drove to the office in person. I have been trying to call and make an appointment, the waiting time to get some one pick up the phone is beyond reasonable. I don’t know how long someone has to wait to just make an appointment?!!
