I have been coming to this clinic the last 2 years and have never had a bad experience until just recently. I was going through a missed miscarriage, and had a follow up ultrasound apt to confirm there has been no fetal change. We had one of the most disappointing and disheartening experiences at Northwestern Medicine Huntley yesterday. My partner and I suffered a miscarriage and were scheduled for a confirmation appointment on Monday, September 15th at 3:00pm. We arrived on time, but while waiting for my mother, who drove an hour to help, to arrive and take our daughter (since we had been told children weren’t allowed), my wife checked in at 3:07pm. Brenda at the front desk in OBGYN in Huntley was extremely disrespectful and belittled me every chance she got all about insurance that she was wrong about , will not be going back because of Brenda. Very rude, not nice, not welcoming at all.
all of the OB’s, nurses and office staff are incredible! really recommend having your baby journey with this practice
