We had one of the most disappointing and disheartening experiences at Northwestern Medicine Huntley yesterday. My partner and I suffered a miscarriage and were scheduled for a confirmation appointment on Monday, September 15th at 3:00pm. We arrived on time, but while waiting for my mother, who drove an hour to help, to arrive and take our daughter (since we had been told children weren’t allowed), my wife checked in at 3:07pm. Brenda at the front desk in OBGYN in Huntley was extremely disrespectful and belittled me every chance she got all about insurance that she was wrong about , will not be going back because of Brenda. Very rude, not nice, not welcoming at all.
all of the OB’s, nurses and office staff are incredible! really recommend having your baby journey with this practice
If I could choose zero stars, I would. Horrible OB department overall. There are some wonderful nurses! The so-called doctor completely botched my sons circumcision! He has to live with this forever! Could it be worse? Always! That doesn't make this right or ok! They also put my wife through hell by guilting her into very early induction. Doctor argavani used "fetal demise" frequently! I can't say enough about my incredible birth experience at the hospital. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was in the best possible hands. The labor and delivery nurses were absolute angels - so attentive, compassionate, and encouraging throughout the entire process. Dr. Walker was simply amazing.
