had a very disturbing experience at the Northwestern Medicine OB-GYN office in Glen Ellyn that needs to be addressed. My daughter and I drove nearly 50 minutes through a snowstorm to make a 9:00 AM appointment. There had been an accident on the road which delayed us, and we arrived at approximately 9:17 AM. The doctors themselves are great. But the last three times I have had an appointment here they have been running behind, as much as an hour. I’m not sure if it is a staffing issue or what. I see the exact same doctors at the Wheaton location and there is never a delay. I have been coming to this one because it is closer to me. I even came in the morning to try and avoid a bunch of appointments before mine and the doctor was still running 40 min behind. I get that things happen. Totally understandable. But 3 times in a row?
