I am deeply grateful for the entire team at NWM Delnor. From the receptionists, to the nurse midwives, the nurses, the lactation consultants, and the doctors. Everyone was very kind and patient. Even though they are very busy, I felt like they were efficient when providing care and I was listened to during all my appointments during pregnancy, to preparing for birth, to postpartum. As a first-time mom, I was already feeling anxious, which made my experience even more important to me. “I spent six hours in the emergency room with a very complicated situation and urgently needed to see a gynecologist. They followed up with one of their doctors, but when I tried to get an appointment the next day, I was shocked to learn that the doctor was no longer working with them. I have been trying to get in with this office for over two weeks! I unfortunately have extreme morning sickness that landed me in the Delnor ER for 9 hours, and was told by the nurse practitioner to call Delnor OBGYN for an immediate follow up appointment. Even after all that I still cannot get an appointment and the care I need (I had another issue pop up during the ultrasound that requires immediate follow up) and will probably end up back in the ER after my meds run out. Horrible and frustrating service!
