I had a scheduled appointment for today at 11am. When I got to my appointment they told me there was nothing scheduled. I pulled up my appointment on my "mychart" app, and it suddenly dissapeared when they logged into my account on the computer. Like they canceled the appointment as soon as they pulled up my account. Very unprofessional, the ladies did not help me whatsoever. I drove a very long way to establish care at this hospital. I'm very disappointed. I am deeply grateful for the entire team at NWM Delnor. From the receptionists, to the nurse midwives, the nurses, the lactation consultants, and the doctors. Everyone was very kind and patient. Even though they are very busy, I felt like they were efficient when providing care and I was listened to during all my appointments during pregnancy, to preparing for birth, to postpartum.
