I'm currently in my second pregnancy with Northwestern and they've been great. I've had nothing but a fantastic experience with the staff. While EVERYONE has been phenomenal, I can't say enough about Christine Hepperlen. She really goes above and beyond, and became someone we feel comfortable talking to about everything!
The nurse practitioner that I saw and spoke to was nice enough, but that's on the rare occasion you can actually get through to her directly. The on call nurse (Pam? Tammy? Something along those lines) is actually terrible and shouldn't be in the medical field. Dismissive, interruptive, treats patients like another number or an inconvenience, and unless you are actively dying doesn't seem interested in relaying accurate information to the doctors or documenting anything correctly, and puts blame on anything that is happening... read more
