The front desk lady was nothing but rude to me and had an attitude the whole time. She was so monotone and had absolutely no compassion. As I sat down there was another patient that had walked in and she was being rude to her as well. I felt so bad.. The ultrasound tech was so fast that we barely even got to see our baby at 32 weeks. Women who just picked up the phone was rude. Asked her to help me get in contact with OB and she said she didn’t know which OB I wanted?? There’s only one OB dept at the location!
I have a referral from my doctor to consult with them before I attempt to get pregnant. I have called for months, left several messages had my doctor call, Noone has called me back. I'm shocked because I see other specialist at this location for my medical concerns and I don't have this problem
I had a good experience here. I had to travel for my high risk pregnancy and I found all the doctors to be kind and thorough. I especially loved that they didn't automatically have me go through unnecessary invasive procedures just because of my past history. Instead they carefully monitored my progress and made sure my baby had all it needed. The nurses and ultrasound technicians were also very nice. My only complaint is with the receptionist. They could be rude at times.
