Was in the emergency room in a lot of right side pain. While I was in the er everything was okay my pain was being managed, I had a catscan, everything was going alright and I couldn't complain. When I was moved from Er to a room inpatient was when things went to absolute mess. My doctor did not believe in iv pain management even though I was throwing up blood and couldn't swallow pills. How is it to give birth here? Short answer, exhausting and terrifying. Long answer is they take your baby away after birth saying they need to do mandatory testing required by Illinois. And they don't do any of it in the room like all the other things they do. Eventually they bring the baby back. What they don't tell you is you can opt out for religious reasons as an exemption. Blood tests at this age require poking the feet and squeezing the foot literally drop by drop until a child sized test tube is filled, at least that ... read more
So far everything is good not waiting too long but waiting long for doctor come other than that everything is good
