La atención del personal del hospital es muy buena
The ER waiting area is LOUD and chaotic and is basically a hallway with chairs. Triage is out in the open and your vitals and concerns are verbalized for all to hear. I now know the man sitting next to me has 95 oxygen level and his BP is elevated. Um. HiPPA? Let’s see how long the wait is….
The worst experience in my life at this ER dept. On Jul 24th 2025 my son came to the ER and was treated terribly, he was ignored, misdiagnosed and not taken seriously. My son a 23 year old was told he had a bakers cyst on his knee. Turns out it took the orthopedic doctor about 2 seconds to diagnose a very serious meniscus tear that required surgery. The nurses are very kind! We waited for quite a while before deciding to leave, but they were very apologetic about the long wait. (When we were there before there was zero wait.) I’m only giving this 4 stars instead of 5 because I have a beef with whatever firm designed the waiting room. Dear architects, why would you make it a super long and narrow room?? I mean seriously? It makes it harder for nurses (and security) to keep an eye on people, and patients can’t hear their names being called. Also, the room is so narrow tha... read more
