I see a ton of negative reviews but I personally love their ER. In several instances we were there, the service was quick and efficient. Doctors, nurses and PAs were caring and friendly. We live by Advocate in Libertyville but I prefer to go to Northwestern since our experience was always positive there and the wait time was minutes and not hours.
Your hospital is beautiful...on the outside... I'm currently sitting in your G wing, waiting to hear about my family member. Text messages are gong to his phone... so I guess he's ok... but your staff is no help. Everyone is just scrolling on their phones. Maybe I need the doctor's cell phone number so he can "text" me how things went. Since none of your staff appears to know how to talk or find out what's going on. Did you force your experienced staff into vaccines, so all the good ones quit?
I was impressed by The level of care and ability to see me quickly when needed.
