On 10/27 went to ER-NW medical in Lake Forest, for a serious fall, caused by a dizzy spell that could have been avoided if they did practice medicine; cause I have reported the problem several times to specialists and none wanted to look further into it. I had to go to Mayo to be told I also have other things going on with my health-which were not seen by the ER-CT scans they did on 10/27. Absolutely horrible! I. Wouldn’t send my cat there! Rude and similar to cops facing disgusting ignorant people! Combative and disrespectful. As usual. Now it’s seeping into healthcare. Sad.
Ghetto response. Disturbing response from the staff. If this is healthcare I would rather parish than be put through this abuse! Zero kindness zero compassion.
