I have frequent lab work done here with and without appointments and have never had an issue. the staff is always friendly and they have great phlebotomists that can find my tricky veins with ease.

Just awful. Tuned me away during business hours saying they decided to close early. Told me to go to urgent care next door to get my blood drawn. Urgent care doesn't do blood draws. They lied to get me to leave so they could close early. I needed preop blood work that I can't get without driving to Naperville, but Gina got to go home 15 minutes early so it's all good.
