I had been to another facility and had a horrible experience and the phlebotomist could not draw my blood. Traumatized, I went to Northwestern Lab services and spoke to Cathleen and Leslie. Both ladies were so kind and helpful. It took Cathleen less than two minutes to draw my blood and it was nearly painless. Thank you to those two angels. I won't hesitate to go back there the next time I need labs done. A+++++
