Disappointing compared to the rest of NW experiences I’ve had. unprofessional phlebotomists twice in a row - put exposed needle on table before putting it into my arm, did not care I didn’t consent to what she was doing. Blew out the vein in my arm. The first blood draw was no better and also at Lavin - literally refused to even look at my left arm for a vein, and didn’t want to even do her job. Forced me to give blood from my hand and squeeze it out with my fist. I was bruised for weeks twice over while needing to give more... read more
