Great staff! The front desk and lab staff are always kind. The nurses are great as well. I have Amy Frazer as a physician, and she is wonderful. She is kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. She never rushes me and always answers any questions I have. Highly recommend!
Horrible experience. Been trying to get my prescription for days and they will not send it to the pharmacy. Keep calling the pharmacy and they say nothing has been sent. I am now out and experiencing side effects but they don’t care. There is no way for me to get ahold of anyone directly in the office. Do not go here!
I just had a horrible experience with the incompetent Brooke Johnson. My mother went in experiencing tingling and numbness in both her legs and hands. She decided to giver her a BRACE for one hand and sent her on her way. When we told her she didn’t have that kind of hand pain. She was very unprofessional and stormed out of the room. She does not know how to do her job. Do not recommend this woman to be working here, she gives people the wrong diagnostics.
Been trying for two months to send my doctors appointment Info from a car crash to send to my insurance so they have the details and can pay the bill. The insurance lady and I can only do so much. Calling constantly. Getting different numbers to fax information I'm requesting to and people who arent capable of helping not to mention with good insurance they are still way more expensive than other doctors and this is pushing me over the edge because NW is going to stick me with the 3 month old bill if they dont give my insura... read more
