I’m so disappointed! They canceled my appointment because it was passed just a few minutes!!!!!!! I drove an hour from my home. Not recommended at all.
No appointments available. And when they do become available they get cancelled.
I have been visiting this office for years to see the same doctor and have never had issues with my insurance covering the visits—until now. The front desk staff is shockingly unprofessional and lacks basic knowledge of insurance policies. Despite my history with this office, they insisted my insurance was out of network and tried to charge me upfront before allowing me to see the doctor. Would not recommend anyone taking their child here. When Dr. Hwan shared that we could introduce our baby to solids, I had a few questions and he noted three times that 'everything I need to know is in the packet' - he didn't want to take the time to answer my questions and as a first time parent you can imagine that I want to be able to ask questions to the pediatrician. The Doctors here are excellent, but the front desk staff is so incredibly incompetent, it’s painful. The front desk 1 floor below northwestern, which is Town and Country, is so much more friendly.
