I came to NW Medicine Immediate Care on 10/21/25 because I had a rattly persistent cough all day, was congested, wheezing. I shared all my symptoms with the NP as well as with the on staff doctor (Dr. Hasanat). She said I had an upper resp infection, didn't bother to listen to my lungs or pay attention to the wheezing, prescribed me a hugh dosage of ibuprofen and a nasal spray and sent me on my way. Fell injuring my hip/backside and had SEVERE hip/leg pain. It appears that Dr. S may have worked at the inner city in the past because he acted like I wanted drugs (which were in my record from a knee replacement). He sarcastically said they had no strong drugs there and if pain was really bad I should go to ER where I could probably get an injection or IV! Luckily X-ray showed no fracture, not even the arthritis that has been there before. (strange) It was close to closing so I guess they were crabby wanting to leave.

Calling weeks for MRI results and no answers.
I will be filing a former complaint with the state regarding the dr making crude comments about my wife. Not once, but 3x in one visit. Made her cry
