We had a TERRIBLE and UNACCEPTABLE experience with a technician on 3/20/25 at 7:30 pm. My 84 year-old dad went in with a sore throat and fever. When I asked for a strep test to be done, the tech insisted that she didn’t think he had strep and that no strep test was needed and that he only needed a rapid Covid test. The worst part, however, was even AFTER the doctor saw him and said he needed a strep test and ordered one, the tech STILL tried to convince my elderly dad that he didn’t need a strep test and didn’t need to liste... read more
Saw Dr Qasem and was charged $330 for $0 benefit. Didn’t take time to assess illness. Went to online PA after and was treated for $100. Avoid going here.
They are incompetent. Wouldn't update my account until I called them (3 attempts to call before someone picked up the phone). They said they updated mychart while I was on the phone, but then I checked and still nothing in there. They have the record of the visit and test results in their chart, but 2 days and 6 phone calls later and still no access, just given the runaround. They are a mess.
