They are incompetent. Wouldn't update my account until I called them (3 attempts to call before someone picked up the phone). They said they updated mychart while I was on the phone, but then I checked and still nothing in there. They have the record of the visit and test results in their chart, but 2 days and 6 phone calls later and still no access, just given the runaround. They are a mess.

I have used the lake bluff immediate care several times both by walk in and scheduling appointments. Tonight I took my daughter to the clinic after looking online it said walk ins were available until 7:30 (see photos). I walked in at 7:26 and was told it was by appointment only and the website had a “glitch” that said I could walk in. There was no one in the waiting room and they told me the provider was seeing the last patient of the day.
