The staff was extremely kind and patched me up very well. There was also virtually no wait. The facility is absolutely spotless. A+ experience.
The doctor (APN) V.Fernandez, that saw me yesterday was truly concered for my health. However, I told her the medicine that I needed to get better. She did not prescribe it for me , even though it was in my file that was what I was prescribed multiple times there and by other Doctors(APN). She said she didn't think I needed it. I ended up in the emergency room less than twenty four hours later and they gave me the medicine that I needed. Point being, listen to your patients they should know their bodies the best. The desk staff and doctor we talked to were alright, but the person answering the phone is completely rude and acts like they don’t know what you’re talking about. They talk down on you. I don’t know how miserable your life is to where you got to talk to people like that.
Small copay. Hardly ever a wait. They have a great staff from reception to nurses to doctors or nurse practitioner. They take the time to listen & care. I walk out with a solution and on my way to a healthy dsy.
