The desk staff and doctor we talked to were alright, but the person answering the phone is completely rude and acts like they don’t know what you’re talking about. They talk down on you. I don’t know how miserable your life is to where you got to talk to people like that.
Small copay. Hardly ever a wait. They have a great staff from reception to nurses to doctors or nurse practitioner. They take the time to listen & care. I walk out with a solution and on my way to a healthy dsy.
Denied me access because I brought my service dog
I visited this facility yesterday. The doctor I saw was nice, but I think a little over zealous with testing. I'm a little immune compromised so she may just be more cautious. I didn't have much waiting time in the from check in to being called to a room, but the wait time in the room was a bit long. For a Saturday I expected longer. All in all, no complaints as I feel I was well taken care of.
