I’m only giving one star because zero isn’t an option. Clearly corporate has interjected with patient well bearing and the Hippocratic oath. I requested a prescription that is on file in my mychart. The doctor had it pulled up on the computer. She refused to provide a bridge prescription even though she is aware not doing so may send me to the ER. She also refused to answer my question if this is a State of Illinois issue or a Northwestern policy, which says it all. She even cancelled my appointment so I wouldn’t be charged,... read more

The staff was extremely kind and patched me up very well. There was also virtually no wait. The facility is absolutely spotless. A+ experience.

The doctor (APN) V.Fernandez, that saw me yesterday was truly concered for my health. However, I told her the medicine that I needed to get better. She did not prescribe it for me , even though it was in my file that was what I was prescribed multiple times there and by other Doctors(APN). She said she didn't think I needed it. I ended up in the emergency room less than twenty four hours later and they gave me the medicine that I needed. Point being, listen to your patients they should know their bodies the best.
