I was not impressed by the hospitality of the staff. The Doctor was extremely rude and invalidated injury. The paperwork how to treat symptoms were more helpful than her. There was no help from the front desk. I would recommend not going here. Although their facility is very nice and it is a teaching hospital, the staff is not nice or too helpful.

The people are so rude and nasty here. Usually we have a good experience but the last few times were awful. The la duh had a total attitude when we walked in and told us where to sit.. we been here several times and the nurse.. didn't seem to care about my symptoms and just did a strep test right away!!! Awful, awful, awful!!
