The doctor my son had yesterday was absolutely amazing i believe Dr. Langdon. I was scared , my son was brought in via EMS for a seizure. He sat and explained everything so well . His bed side manner was truly unremarkable. Rebekah was his nurse He adored her , she was so nice . Thank you. You guys are amazing people.
I think it truly depends on the night and the level of busyness they are enduring that results in people's reviews. But I came here tonight around 12:45 a.m. and I will say they were very thorough. Running blood work all various tests and quite quickly. The turnaround to see the physicians assistant was maybe an hour and 15 minutes which isn't bad. Staff seemed effective. Then again, it depends on how busy they are which determines the wait time.
Today I waited around 4 hours, which was okay, but then someone came out and said the wait would be 8 to 16 hours. I think they need more professional staff. They also said that anyone who wanted to leave could leave, and that anyone who had a way to leave could leave too. I don't think that's polite.
Giving a 1 because I can't give a 0. I have had multiple bad incidents at this location and will not be returning again. This last time I brought my 5 week old in who was having difficulty breathing due to a sinus infection. I was told the yellow mucas and blood being auctioned from his nose frequently for days was just a stuff nose. Illness with newborns can get very bad very quickly due to dehydration and low oxygen levels when stuffy. When watching his o2 meter it was bubbling between 90 - 95. Tried to get an X-ray for my daughter and this was not her first visit, and the lady by the image/lab office said that we can’t take her insurance although she had a medical record with them under the same insurance card. Not to mention that they are listed within our network! Worst ever!
