You spend more time waiting to be seen then actually getting help. My wife is 11 weeks pregnant and we’ve been here 3 times in the last 2 weeks and each time we’ve waited 5-8 hours just to get a room. This place is a complete joke.

PEDIATRIC PATIENTS BEWARE! Parents, please do not take your children here to be seen. I am a registered nurse and my husband is a family practice doctor and we specifically took our son to Huntley NW to be seen for a bad finger injury because they have an inpatient pediatric unit. Not only was the staff uncaring and inexperienced, our little boy was made to wait at least one hour before he received any type of pain medicine. The first time I brought my daughter there, we waited for 4 hours before getting garbage care. I figured we would give it another shot a year later when my wife needed to go in for appendicitis. After waiting for 5 hours, we were told it would be several more hours. We left and went to another ER and got in within 2 hours. This last visit was a Monday night, nothing crazy like a holiday weekend. This ER is understaffed and under equipped to serve the area. I’ll never go back to this ER.
