An awful experience. It was my first time encountering such indifference from a primary care doctor and the entire office staff. When I first visited, they wanted to discuss my test results over the phone with someone who wasn't even a doctor, insisting I accept everything while I was at work and couldn't talk. My husband and I as well as my siblings and parents have all been seeing Shelly Cartwright for years now. In my opinion, she’s gone above and beyond for me. It took us over 3 years to find that I have a rare syndrome and she never gave up on me. She listens, she cares, she’s easy to reach and actually responds. We live an hour away and still drive out to see her because when you find good care, you keep that person as your PCP as long as possible.
