This review is purely based on my experience in the reception area and not a reflection of the medical staff itself at this location. I’ve had wonderful experiences in the Northwestern network whenever I have to visit another location outside of my son’s Pediatrician’s office. Since he is under 3, he requires an appointment at specific locations pending the vaccine we are trying to get, if schedules do not align with what’s available at his Ped’s office.
