My experience at Northwestern Medicine Family Medicine in Gurnee was overall okay. The intake experience could have been more welcoming, as I didn’t receive much of a smile or positive interaction at the front, but things improved once I was taken to the back. The staff there were more attentive and reassuring, and I appreciated the care and professionalism I received throughout my procedure. Overall, it was a decent experience, but the initial welcome could definitely be improved.
