I don’t know what that guy is talking about. It can’t be the right place. I have been going to my doctors there for 12 years. They moved into a beautiful new building by Lambert road. I have loved these doctors. Wont go anywhere else!
I believe that Bob Schmid posted on an incorrect site. This NW facility at 285 Roosevelt Rd. in Glen Ellyn is a brand new building, having opened only several months ago. So, there were not any doctors here before NW took over. The family doctor that I have seen for over 30 years is now at this new facility and has always received rave reviews. Just wanted to clarify for the benefit of others reading these reviews.
If you believe stress is not good for your health, do not go here. The doctors here were great until Northwestern took over. Now almost every time we visit we receive erroneous charges. I have been billed for a physical when it is supposed to be no cost to me under my insurance. I was told that I was charged separately because the doctor asked me about chronic conditions that I did not bring up. He is not even the doctor overseeing many these conditions!
