This place is a joke! I was 5 minutes late to my appointment. Called in advance to let them know as a courtesy call that there was an accident, and then a detour route. On top of that, their building is a damn maze which made me extra late. I was given a map to find the office. The receptionist was no help! Along with Dr. Viquor Khan-Mundozie who dismissed to see me! I have a fractured rib and in major pain. Doctors are never available. Impossible to call them directly, have to go through a call center. Evey time my kids go, they never see their main doctor. Nurses are not friendly, doctors don’t seem knowledgeable nor to care.
It is a nightmare trying to get ahold of anybody, the wait time on the phone is absurd. The staff is not friendly and the doctors seem rushed to get you out of the office. I had multiple billing issues due to things not being coded correctly. All around a very poor experience.
