Definitely more helpful than the primary cares in my area. It's worth a 40 minute travel to be listened to and have a good doctor use critical thinking to help me get as close to "myself' as I can be.

Again, is there anyone to answer phone calls!! Doesnt matter what department. Never in my life have I've seen such poor costumer service.

The people are absolutely delightful but I’ll tell you what, NW does not make it easy to schedule appointments. I have never been able to schedule an appointment over the app (despite anytime you call the automated message says to schedule in the app and I always fall for it). As a student I found this really inconvenient, especially as someone who has trouble even getting through my day to day tasks. Having to call a NW location within office hours is not only unnecessary labor for their employees, picking up asinine calls ... read more

Went to go see my regular doctor. He sent me to physical therapy. Which is also belongs to northwestern. I received my bill. For physical therapy alone was over $2200. Because they say it is apart of physical therapy. I had bone marrow test and surgery with stay that didn't cost as much. But when you question it. They say that is it. This place is a joke. Be advised check your bill you will find out they really change a lot.
