I just got home from my appointment with the PA and I WISH I could mention names in Google reviews as she was phenomenal! The entire team was great from the person who checked me in, my medical assistant, the PA and the doctor that saw me as well. I am appalled at how a situation was handled..In a medical facility of all places. The doctor and her staff would not do treatment because the patient needs to be assisted, even though they know her medical history. They berated the medical transporters, and passed blame to the patient, stating if a family member had accompanied her, the situation could’ve been avoided. They called the patient a “liability”.
