The team here was amazing. I was diagnosed with a benign pleomorphic adenoma tumor in my cheek. I was referred to a specialist (Dr. Scianna) and they got me in within 3 days due to a cancelation. It was expected to be 3-9 months before I got a appointment. Once I got in they were very efficient. I had several doctor appointments including imaging and the surgery was scheduled within 4 weeks of the diagnosis. Both Dr. Scianna and nurse Jamie were amazing. IRRESPONSIBLE, LAZY, USELESS. YOU AS AN ENT WERE ASKED TO SIMPLY HELP SOMEONE. and first of all. You did NOT help. you did NOT diagnose ANYTHING. you were asked, in DESPERATION, by someone whose JOB AND LIVLIHOOD IS AT RISK, to fill out simple and easy paperwork. We waited and waited and waited and finally get some random call saying no??? For no reason? Yeah get a new job ryan taccona or maybe start to do yours.
Dr. Whitney Hawkins and Dr. Joseph Scianna were all equal parts capable and knowledgeable and professional. You are both a credit to what God can do with hard work and Grace. Thank you.
