I am a patient of the endo department. They have made repeated mistakes on my prescription that have prevented me from filling my prescription. They take days to respond to messages and sometimes never respond. One year later, and I am back adding to this review. Same issue as last year
Valet parking is very nice instead of trucking through a parking garage. The check-in process is very fast and efficient. We've been here twice in 2 weeks and it's been smooth both times. The doctors are experienced and thorough. We were there for Opthalmology services.
What they all say. It’s horrible. And I’m a long standing 25 plus year patient and consumer of NW. ridiculous.
It's a pain to get in and see specialists due to their high demand and I had a good referral. Despite that I still had to wait a year but it was worth it. I've gotten nothing but the highest quality care for my type 1 diabetes and they really are nothing but the best.
