Took 3 months for a follow up appointment, I left work to go to my 9:40 appointment, as always there was no parking so I had to drive around a couple times. I hadn't been to the building in a while so I got lost, I called the office and all they just kept repeating the building number and suite number like I didn't know it, with all of this I still arrived to my appointment at 9:54. Horrible! Waited 4 months to see a provider only for them to call me 2 days before the appt to cancel saying they don't think I have a health issue. How about have me come in to discuss my symptoms first. I couldn't believe it! Office staff are rude, condasending and uncaring.
I don’t recommend this location of NM. I was at the office a few minutes late and the receptionist took longer to take me in as there was somebody else he was attending to which made me even late to check in and he said doctor said they can’t take me in and they need me to reschedule. I wasted my time to drive 30 mins from my home. There is no way I am returning to this office. Also, I am not sure if the receptionist even had a conversation with the doc. They called me needing supporting documentation to have the appointment. My obgyn sent them over supporting documentation and they STILL CANCELED without my notice. The receptionist was extremely rude and they were trying to find a reason to cancel the appointment after waiting for the appointment for 4 months awful.
I would highly recommend not going to this location. They canceled on me and filled in the spot without my approval after waiting for 5 months of a wait when my glucose drops to dangerous levels of 40 mg/dl. They obviously don't care about me or my health. And they put me at the very bottom of their "waitlist of 5 months" I will probably be dead before they can take me in.
