Not happy with the care I receive here. Every time you call, you are sent to a messaging service, not the actual office. The nurses for the most part are kind and they do call back within a couple days. But every single time I get lab work done, and they say to keep on my current dose of medication, they don't provide me any refills. Released from the hospital after having ketoacidosis...had a follow up appointment and felt like I was rushed. Being pushed off and not really getting much guidance. Then the doses of insulin I was told to take ended up being wayy too high. Called them to get some help and couldn't get an appointment to go in and see them so I could get some guidance and feel a bit more comfortable ( pretty scared about my sugars at this point).
