The diagnostic imaging team blew all the veins of 5 attempted sticks on my 80+ year old mother for a CT w and w/o contrast. Completely covered in black and blues and bewildered, they just wheeled her out like, “Oops you will have to try again.” First time it ever happened, never spoke to us about problems, then just walked away and never looked back. In over fifty years, one of the most careless acts of medical care I’ve ever witnessed.
Very clean and organized process. Getting an MRI is not particularly fun but everyone involved at this facility did fantastic. 5 stars!!!
