Facilities are great, very clean. The technician and student were very helpful answering questions and making sure I was cared for. I would avoid scheduling with Dr. Popuri for any injections or diagnostic imaging. She has extremely poor bedside manners and is very rough. She carried an attitude and immediately made a stressful experience, worse. Did not explain what she was doing throughout or went through what feelings I may experience as I was undergoing my injection. All in all Northwestern was great besides the doctor.
