This is THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL MEDICAL FACILITY I've ever witnessed. THIS IS NOT A PLACE FOR HEALING OF ANY KIND. When managing Nurse Shari Schrader started pushing my mom to stay in her very expensive assisted living facility, while my mom has always said she wanted to leave AND while talking down the other options available to her, I decided to call Patient Relations to get their "respectful and compassionate assistance to resolve patient and family concerns."
