This has always for years been my place for Physical Therapy. I always recommend them to everyone because I had such a great experience. The staff at the front desk especially Nancy were always welcome and helpful in scheduling. I have always seen Mandy Schaffer, Sandy Fisher or Pam Purcell. They have always provided top notch, hands on PT after many surgeries. Recently Northwestern started cutting the time on appts. Way before Covid-19. Worst place I’ve ever been to for pt. Not very friendly, therapists never on time. Place smelled really bad, they don’t clean and to top it all off, therapist actually farted multiple times during my session.
BEWARE! you will want to get the cost BEFORE hand even with insurance. 1st appointment I'm being billed $ 1,076/hr. and left after a conversation, photo copies of home exercises, and an invitation for 6 more visits. Northwestern is better suited for Medicare patients. Sorry...
