One star is far too generous for this absolute disgrace of an ER. Six hours and counting. The waiting room was packed when we arrived, and we were told there was only ONE doctor working. It’s now 4 AM, the waiting room has largely emptied, and we’re STILL sitting here with absolutely no progress. No communication, no status updates, no transparency, and seemingly no urgency. Been waiting over 3 hrs. People coming in by ambulance are getting tossed into the waiting room.
If I could rate zero stars, I would. The employees at the Delnor ER were very rude and dismissive. It took over five hours for us to get seen for an actual emergency situation. Will never recommend anyone go here for anything.
Took about 2 hrs to get blood and vitals done and then after 5 hours finally made it too a room and it was not busy at all but yet that’s what they claimed. Hadn’t seen anyone coming in or out. The front desk was also no help when I told her my girlfriend was in pain and bleeding clots all she said was that she didn’t know how long and went back to talking to her co worker… this was by far the most unprofessional ER I’ve ever been in and I’m a EMT for 6 years now this was absolutely terrible and this place needs to be inspec... read more
Horrible been waiting for six hours in the emergency room no room I am withdrawing from nicotine and I have PTSD. Would never recommend this emergency room to anyone the staff are very rude and they are not professional I would go somewhere else then delnor hospital.
