Took about 2 hrs to get blood and vitals done and then after 5 hours finally made it too a room and it was not busy at all but yet that’s what they claimed. Hadn’t seen anyone coming in or out. The front desk was also no help when I told her my girlfriend was in pain and bleeding clots all she said was that she didn’t know how long and went back to talking to her co worker… this was by far the most unprofessional ER I’ve ever been in and I’m a EMT for 6 years now this was absolutely terrible and this place needs to be inspec... read more
Horrible been waiting for six hours in the emergency room no room I am withdrawing from nicotine and I have PTSD. Would never recommend this emergency room to anyone the staff are very rude and they are not professional I would go somewhere else then delnor hospital.
Can’t say enough about the outstanding care I received on the night of 8.14.26. Spent 4 hours in the Ed with a trimalleolar fracture on my left ankle, and double fracture on my right. Top-notch care from Dr. Kristof, Robin (RN) and Kaylee (ED Tech), as well as at least 3 other professionals whose names I did not get. Great pain management, excellent bedside manner, thorough at home and follow up instructions. Required surgery - on the mend. 10/10
Three plus hours in a waiting room when you’re in intense pain and having an addisonian crisis is ridiculous.
Almost a 4 hour wait been here since 1:30am still waiting. No pain management or anything. They let you wait in pain and cry in the waiting room.
