Their doctors range from okay up to excellent. However, sending a Mychart message to the office is pointless. I kept sending messages and they only responded a month later. Complete travesty. And if the nurse calls you at 8:30 am and you don't answer, they will NEVER call you back. Every time I returned their call 3-4 per day, the nurses just ignored it.
The ER is crazy and all the walk in cares are appointment only and hard to get and appointment. My son test positive for strep and now I am having symptoms and they have no appointment for me and yet still won't prescribe me antibiotics.
The staff seems to be nice, but then they will nickel and dime you on everything, including billing routine care in a different way so that you owe money directly instead of your insurance company which should've paid it in full based on your coverage, and even when your insurance company tells you they billed incorrectly and the office changes the code, the billing department will, instead of fixing the error, double down and bill you for charges from more than a year and a half ago.
